APRIL FOOL!

Hope you enjoyed this little blast from the past! If you’ve been reading fanfic as long as I am, you surely remember the early days of garish Geocities/Angelfire/Tripod sites that looked and sounded a lot like this! I had fun busting out the old BSB pics, tacky backgrounds, and obnoxious midis. Believe it or not, Dreamer’s Sanctuary used to look a lot like this. The Wayback Machine on archive.org doesn’t have the original site archived, but it had a cloud background and purple Comic Sans font, similar to what the main page looks like, and every page had a different ugly tiled background and midi playing. I may have exaggerated a little when designing this prank site, but trust me… not much! On that note, the About Me, Favorite Fanfics, and Links pages are all authentic, copied from the early days of the site, circa 2001.
